be appointed to draft a letter to be sent
to them, expresd inr the t 11anvs of the Post. The

The chairman then ruled that the color officer
of the Post will have possession of the colors
and dispose of them as in his judgment seems best,

- Minutes of previous meeting of the Executive Com-mittee
accepted as read.
Motion made, seconded and carried that the action
of the Executive Committee, with reference to the
$1 . 50 assessment , be ratified and made the action of
the Post, that those members who have failed to pay
the $1.50 assessment be considered pa id up to the
first of this year .
Mrs. Agnes c. Earon was present and spoke in regard
to the formation of the Women ' s Auxiliary .
Motion made , seconded and carried that we extend
Mrs. Earon a vote of thanks for the interest she has
already shown and for her promise of help for the
future.
Hr. Gould read communication from The American Legion
Headquarters, as to American Legion Sunday,
January 16th, 1921. He regretted very much he would
be out of town on the 16th, but invited the members
of the Legion to be present at the Presbyterian
Church on January 9th, instead of the 16th, when
American Legion Sunday would be observed .
