drill competition at the Coast
Guard Academy, New London,
Connecticut on Saturday.
Vogelsberg, who graduated on
Tuesday, led his company through
the rigid drill and inspection
under the watchful eyes of senior,
Coast Guard officers.

He wore Gold Stars, signifying
academic achievement above
the Dean's List. EnroHed in toe
Air Force ROTC Program, he
was commissioned a second lieutenant
in the United States Air
Force. He was a member of toe
Canterbury Club, toe Society of
American Military Engineers,
the Economic Honor Society, and
the Gymnastics Team. He was
the recipient of toe Wall Street
Journal Student Achievement
Award which is awarded to the
student having the greatest
achievement in business administration
during the past school
year. He won second place in the
Emory Business , Managemant
Games, competing against 50 colleges
in toe nation.
Dmytryk was awarded the B. S.
degree in business administration.
Diane Dynia Miller of Massapequa
Park will be among the
317 students who will graduate
from LeMoyne College, Syracuse,
on Saturday. Mrs. Miller,
who majored in Mathematics,
will receive a Bachelor of Science
degree.

planning a Garage Sale to be

A variety of articles are being
offered for sale, including used
garden equipment, clothing and
toys. Proceeds will be used to

Hunt Named
To State Post
Kenneth Pc Hunt, special class
teacher of children with learning
disabilities at Massapequa public
schools, has been elected president-
elect of the Association of
New York State Educators of the
Emotionally Disturbed. Hunt will
assume his duties on July 1st
when Conrad Hecht assumes the
presidency of this association.
