NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a Public Hearing will be
held by the Town Board of the
Town of Oyster Bay, on Tuesday,
April 18, 1967, at 10 o ' clock
A. M. ( prevailing time) in
the Hearing Room, Town Hall,
Oyster Bay, New York, at which
hearing citizens and parties interested
will have an opportunity
to be heard upon the question
of Amendments to the Massape-qua
Parking Ordinance, for the
hamlet of Massapequa, in the following
respect i. e.:
Section 4 subdivision D shall
he RESCINDED.
D. On Forest Avenue on the
east side from the north
curb of Merrick Road north
for 25 feet; on the east side
from the south curb of Merrick
Road south for 25 feet;
on the west side from the
south curb of Merrick Road
south for 25 feet.
Section 5A shall be amended
by adding subdivisions 28 and 29
