VILLAGE TREASURER'S SALE
OF TAX LIENS IN THE
VILLAGE OF FARMINGDALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that
I shall, on the 28th day of April,
1967, and the succeeding business
days, beginning at 10: 30 A. M.
in the forenoon, at the Village
Hall, 361 Main Street, Farming-dale,
Nassau County, New York,
sell at public auction the tax
liens on real estate hereinafter
described, unless the owner,
mortgagee, occupant of or any
other party in interest in such
real estate shall pay to the Village
Treasurer the total amount
of such unpaid taxes or assessments
with the interest, penalties
and other expenses and charges
against the property. Such tax
liens will be sold at the lowest
rate of interest, not exceeding ten
percentum per six months period,
for which any person or persons
shall offer to take the total amount
of such unpaid taxes as defined
in Sec. 1452 of the RealProperty
Tax Law. The tax liens are for
arrears of Village taxes for the
year 1966- 67.
The following is a list of the
real estate located in the Inc.
Village of Farmingdale only, upon
which tax liens are to be sold,
with a brief description of the
same by reference to the Nassau
County Land and Tax Map,
the name of the owner or occupant
as it appears on the
assessment roll of the year in
which such unpaid taxes were
levied and the total amount of
such unpaid taxes.
