The foregoing supplemental

publication, pursuant to an order
of the Hon. Theodore Velsor, a
Justice of the Supreme Court of
the State of New York, signed the

Mineola, New York, and filed together
with the amended verified
complaint in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Nassau at
the Executive Building, Mineola,
State of New York.
The object of this action is to
foreclose that certain mortgage
made by John J. Rogers and
Margaret M. Rogers, his wife,
to Mid- Island Equities Corp. dated
May 9, 1963, recorded in the
Nassau County Clerk's Office on
May 15, 1963, in Liber 7338 of
Mortgages, Page 437 in the
amount of $ 19,000.00 and interest
on premises at 2062 Guildford
Park Drive, Seaford, Town of
Hempstead, County of Nassau,
State of New York, and which
premises are described as follows:
ALL that certain lot, piece, or
parcel of land with the buildings
and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying, and
being at Seaford, in the Town
of Hempstead, County of Nassau
and State of New York,
known and designated as and
by Lot Number 18 in Block
Number 283 on a certain map

Fall Food Festival
The Grace Episcopal Church,
Massapequa, will hold a Fall
Food Festival on Saturday, October
14th, from 10 a. m. to
10 p. m. A Clam and Fish Bar
will feature Manhattan and New
England clam chowder and stuffed
clams. Other food delicacies that
will be available are shrimp
gumbo, home made jellies and
pickles, baked beans, casseroles,
cakes, pies, cider and an array
of spices and herbs.

he believed that a trustees r e lationship
was much the same
as any other taxpayer with a
staff member. If there is a
trustee question then a trustee
should deal directly with the
director.
Trustee Mrs. Khan Musa said,
" Trustees should work through
the director. She said staff members
will react in a friendly way
if they are approached in a friendly
way."
Gorton said that he had tried
unsuccessfully to find out the
number of children involved in
the summer remedial program
from the library director, and
that: is why he had gone to the
staff.
