July 12, 1967, a Special District
Meeting of the qualified voters
of Union Free School District
No. 22 of the Towns of Oyster
Bay, NassauCounty, and Babylon,
Suffolk County, New York, will be
held in the gymnasium of die Wei -
don E. Howitt Junior High School,
Van Cott and Grant Avenues,
Farmingdale, New York, in said
School District, on AUGUST 29,
1967, at 11: 45 o'clock A. M.
( D. S. T.) for the purpose of voting
upon the Proposition stated below.
The voting will be by ballot
as provided by the Education
Law and the polls will remain
open from 12 o'clock Noon

interested persons to make objections

WHEREAS, a public hearing

by dedication, purchase, condemnation
proceeding or otherwise;

RESOLVED, that the compensation
to be paid to the owners
of such real property as may be
a c q u i r e d hereunder by condemnation
proceeding shall be
determined by the Supreme Court
without a jury; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the Town
Clerk is directed to have published
once in the Farmingdale
Post and The Farmingdale Observer
a copy of this resolution

Movie Colony.
Side trips included visits to
Lake Tohoe, Reno and Los Va-gas.

rendered to die community
over the years. Your vision and
understanding of Farmingdale
have been manifested by your
ever increasing capacity to serve
the people of the community,
whedier they be young people
of pre- school age or senior citizens.
I realize that in order to continue
this fine program, public
support of die budget is necessary.

the Library Program in Farmingdale
