1. Prior to un acconnllng as provided In eubdivislon two. upon proof, to his satisfaction, that the assets exceed Hi? debts, mako an order, permitting tho tem¬ porary udministialor lo pay the who.e or any part of u debt, due to a creditor of tne decedent or absentee; or, upon the pelition of a creditor, u citation may is¬ sue to the temporury administrator, re¬ quiring him to show cau.se why he should not pay tho petitioner's debt; or
.. Upon the petition of any creditor who shall have presented and established his claim or upon the application of the tem¬ porury administrator, direct an account.
