Section 1. Article three of chapter for¬ ty-one ot tbo laws of nineteen hundred and nine, entitled "An act tn relation to the mllltla, constituting chapter thlrty-slx of tho consolidated Iuwb," as amended by chapter two hundred and thirty-three of the laws of nineteen hundred and nine, and chapter two hundred and elglity-two of tho laws of nineteen hundred and clov¬ en, ta hareby amended to read as follows:
i 60. (1) Composition, strength and com¬ mand. Tho organizations forming tho na¬ val militia at this date, auch others as may lie organized hereafter and such pe:^ sons as may enlist or bo appointed or commissioned therein shall constitute tha naval mllltla of thta state.
