On Tuesday evening, when the 7.45 mall train arrived at the det>ot, and the passengers were alighting, Miss Charlotte Garner, of Bunker place, fell and had to be conveyed to her home in an automobile, on account of not being able to walk. It was report¬ ed that the train was again in motion before she could step to the platform, which motion caused her fall.

Mr. Klefer was unable to obtain the name or residence of the operator of the car which collided with his car and lodged a complaint witb Justic«. of the Peace Corodon Norton, of Wan¬ tagh, under the title of the people of the State against John Doe, charging him with a violation of Section 290, Sub-dlvlslon 3 of the Motor Vehicle Law of the State of New York, which prescribed such an act to be a felony.
