The East Rockaway Board of
Trade held its regular monthly
meeting on May 14th at the East
Point Inn.
Principal points of discussion
were on three upcoming activit-ies:
Instead of holding a "Nite"
at Jones Beach as in the past,
this year tlie Board of Trade will
sponsor a Night at Westbury Mus-ic
Fair. It will be on August 1st,
with $5.75 tickets being sold for
$4.50. The show will be "George
M" with Micky Rooney. On June
28th, the organization will spon-sor
its annual Baby Parade in
Memorial Park. More on this at
the next meeting - keep the date
open. On July 9th, the Board of
Trade will hold a fishing trip
