200 Freestyle Relay Team Sets New Record Time
The picture may be a bit blurry but when you need to capture history it doesn't really
matter. Pictured above are the fabulous swimmers of Bethpage High School Swim Team
who on January 4, 2011, shattered the record for the 200 Freestyle Relay which stood for
36 years! Congratulations to (from left to right) Brian Gottlieb, Jason Lorch, Coach
Clark, Gerry Theophilidis and Daniel Alanko.

Bethpage Ballpark is New
Home to the
Long Island Ducks
B e t h p a g e g B % ; - : .
Bethpage Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce a deal
to acquire the naming rights to the Suffolk County Sports
Complex. The Long Island Ducks' home field will now be called
Bethpage Ballpark. The deal, which was presented on December
14 to the Suffolk County Legislature's Public Works Committee,
received full Legislative approval today and will give Bethpage
naniing rights to the complex through 2015, with a renewal
option for an additional five years.
"This is a terrific opportunity for Bethpage to reach out to the
community in an impactful way. We're looking forward to con-tinuing
and growing our relationship with this great Long Island
institution," said Long Island Ducks CEO/Owner, Frank Boulton.
Bethpage, which has been a sponsor of the Long Island Ducks
organization and its youth programs for many years, will be
working closely with the Ducks organization to develop fun,
cross-promotional events and contests with each of its 22 branch
locations, members and families that attend games. Through its
Heart of Bethpage program, special event nights will be planned
for children through the many affiliated not-for-profits it supports.
Bethpage will also continue sponsoring the Ducks' Sunday Kids
Run the Bases and Autograph program, the sign on top of one of
the dugouts, and this year added the Long Island Ducks Kids
Club.
"Bethpage offers the best rates on Long Island and is rated #1
in service because we understand who we serve and the needs of
the community," continued Kordeleski. "We believe our core val-ues
are consistent with the philosophy of the Long Island Ducks
organization which continues to offer reasonably priced tickets to
ensure that families can enjoy a day at the park."
Bethpage will be sponsoring the Long Island Ducks' May 7,
2011 afternoon game and opening weekend, as well as one addi-tional
game over the summer. Tickets to games will also be dis-tributed
to Bethpage clients throughout the season, and special
contests and programs will be developed for members.
