Bethpage Credit Union jcomes to Freeport

Mayor Bill Glacken, along with Village Trustees Bill White, Jr., Don Miller, and Jorge Martinez, and later joined by. Deputy Mayor Renaire Frierson, were on hand.to congratulate Bethpage Federal Credit Union President/CEO Kirk Kordeleski on the official opening of the new branch at 210 West Merrick Road in Freeport.
"This addition to the many other new biisinesses and'professional offices that have opened in Freeport's Commercial
District in the past several years is further proof of the success of our downtown revitalization efforts in the heart of the village," said Mayor Glacken.
"We welcome Bethpage Federal Credit Union, as well as the entrepreneurs who have recognized Freeport's availability of desirable space for merchant, professional, and residential use, and its advantage of easy access to public transportation," the mayor concluded.
