Chess Club

Teen Craft Program

One-man show
On Sunday, January 21 at 2 p.m. enjoy this fascinating autobiographical one-man show in which actor and playwright Stephen "Axe" Axelrod plays a third-gen­eration delivery truck driver for a familiar New York tabloid.
His quest for identity clashed with his father, a devout Jew struggling with his own Queens blue-collar existence. Mr. Axelrod's television, and film credits include a recurring role in "Law and Order" as Detective Catalano and as Sol in the HBO series " Everyday People." Free tickets will be available Thursday, January 4, at the Adult Reference Desk, with a limit of four tickets per person.
