Boosevett Bchool District voted by
more than three to one 1\iesday for

high school and other proposals In
a $2,741,000 expansian program. The
vote was 996 In favor and 292 against
the proposition.
The School Board met immediately
'after votes •^ere counted at the
Washington Avenue School polls and
authorized bond Issues for the fol-iowing
projeots:
A $1,800,000- junior high school
with a primary wing in the northeast
section of the district; a $350,-
000 addition to the Centennial Avenue
School; $115,000 for partial reconstruction
of the Centennial and
UnderliiH Avenue Schools, and $91.-
000 far land acquisition at the Centennial
and Rose-Wasliinglon Avenue
Schools.
The vote also okay^i the borrow- >
ing of $285,000 lor ail-'irddition to
the UnderhlU Avenue School, but
this expenditure will not be made
