Rafael Qultoz, of 16 West
Lincoln Place, was conditionally
fined $500 for renting out a rear
cottage and for installing a
kitchen, both without the
necessaiy permits. Qultoz has
two weeks to correct the situation.
At that time, if the situation is
remedied, Qtiiroz's fines would
be cut to $50 for not having had
a permit to Install a kitchen, and
$25 for not obtaining the
necei-atyjental permit.
