change In the PUD zone, the area
was approximately North Main
Street, tKnnded by- Brooklyn
Avenue and North Grove Street
as its southwest comer; tunning
along North CTX>ve Street north to
Lena Avenne and then east to
North Main Street; north on
North Main to Washbom Avenue
and then east on Washbnin to
Jay Street. From Jay Street, the
boundary runs south bade to
Grand Avenne, then east again on
Grand to Harding, wliere it,continued
farther sooth to Broadway.
At Broadway, the PUD zone
line- tamed west' to Brooklyn
and back to Brooklyn aid North
Grove Street.
The Secondary Area is basically
those back lot properties not
fronting oa North Main Street.

that, through Sawyers' eflorts,

In order for the village to sell
the stadium and its land, enabling
- legislation must pass both booses
of the state legislatore and be
signed into law by the governor.
The legislature is not expected
to reconvene imtil September and
then. THE LEADER was told by
an informed legislafive source,
only for action on a bond issue.
