the Board's 8 pm public session
that "we win undoubtedly .
repeal" the law.
The Village Board's move came
after two weeks in court on a suit
brought against the village "by
four of the rooming bouse opera-tots,
Richard K. Jones, Fat

LEn^ish. . '
The rooming house ownets,

,The case is be'mg heard before
Justice Arthur D. Spatt who, on -
May 4, adjourned it because both
sides seemed to indicate that a.
settlement could be readied.
Although the case was^adjoumed
