The S3.8 mOlioa bond calls for
repairs for roofing, heatiuE,
heating controls'and renovations,
and repairs for all buildinp in
the District. Many of the items
were necessitated for insurance

result of detetiaratmg coniBtions
tnooght about by age and usage.
-Still others were needed for
energy conservation or for ad-ditiosal
electrical capabifities because
of program expahsioa,
particularly in the field of computers.
The 1982 defeated SS.7 minion -
bond issue also included "s|te '
