convert Milburn, .School to a '
kindergarten center for the entire
district ' for 1983-84. and. in
1984-85. establish a' ftiH-day
kindergarten program at Mitbum
and Meadow Schools.

Shubert tomdary line and the
reassignment of the PHC program
from Meadow School to
Plaxa School are also induded in
the proposal.
