BALDWIN • A report on the itatui of the Citizens' Committee on
Ltbrtiy EipansW took up moch of the Baldwin Libniy Board's
monthW meeting held Tuesday evening. August 10.
Balpn Calabresc. chairman of that committee, gave an update on its
progiess, noting that three subcommittees — Fiscal. Buildings and
Grounds and Library Services —
