'FREEPORT - A public hearing will be held Monday night, December
11. to consider the establishment of a special assessment district for
expanded paridng for the Freeport Mall area. Mayor William White
told the Board of Trustees that all ptbperty owners of the area to be

the new Regents Competency
Testing Program is its relationship
