most recent picture taken, as installation has now begun on the concrete
pavers which fit over the gravel and eand already laid. The red
and grey designed pavers will extend over the entire surface, from east
to west, from store front to store front. The metal columns seen will
soon support a 40 foot high kiosk, under which pedestrians will stay dry
as they cross from one side to another, and programmed activities carT
take place. . ~
