Monday night, the Village of Freeport was geared to take It.
Although there were some power failures, trees were blown down
across streets, oh cars and roofs of houses, and some flooding of streets
and basements was reported, there were no injuries to residents not
heavy property damage.

Work On Mall Area Proceeds
FREEPORT - Late September has' been scheduled for the completioir
of alteration worit on four stores in the Central Business Disfiict that
will provide additional space in the Henry Street and Church Street
munidpal parking pclds. •
The construction and store renovations are projects of the Community.

The highlight of Sunday's
events will be "The Once and For
All. Championship Softball

Fue and Police Departments.
