FREEPORT — With the future ownership of the Casino Pool
Apartments property still a matter of legal action, the Freeport
Board of Trustees Monday night, at their open voting session,
requested Village Counsel to prepare • for a demolition hearing
of the buildings on the site. The trustees had-received a report,
from the engineering finii of
Longo and Kreyl. containing-^ factSj^If the Poard then decides
facts pointing to the possibility o ^ the property meets legal
condemning and demolishing, the requirements for demolition, a

The buildings would
have to be declared structurely
