Erwin chaired the meeting held Wednesday at Freeport High School,
He'introduced each member of the School Board who presented
a different aspect of the program.

The new plan calls for additions
to Fret-port High School
and the Archer Street • .School'
and a new Middle School lor
grades 6, 7 and S to l>e built on
a 12 acre site at Raynor St. The
school board already owns a 2Vi
acre- plot in the center of the
proposed site. The total coat of
the building proflram is $9,406,-
000 which will mean an annual
tax Increase of 80.8 cents per $10U
