DISAPPEARS LEAVING
HEARTBROKEN FAMILY
The attMctivo homo at 13S South St.. Fresport, is now a sad
home and »he ORCO happy family who live there is now a hcaii-bioken
fajnlly.
There are no smiles these days on the faces of husband Leroy
Jnmos or children, James B, Bruce 5 and Ann 3. Thore has been
sadness since last Friday when wife and mothci-, Mnry James,
dnappoared.
Mary and Leroy Jamei were mariiod 18 years ago. Ho mol
hor while scrvinq with tho armtid forces during the war in Franca
," ' and ' the friendship led to
marriage.
Mary James is nn atlractivc
womsin. She speaks Polish,
French, German and Spanish
und is well-likud by her friends
and neighbors, Sho enjoyed
the reputation of being an excellent
mother , and housekeeper
and was highly respected
by all.
Neither Mr. James nor the
children know of any reason
why she should laavo homo.
She has boon in good health
and had no obvious problems.
Thore can be no foul piny
involved because Mrs. James
Bi&RY JAMES did write a letter, post-marked
from New York City, after her disappearance and she later wrote
