NEW YORK STATE HONORS
Pictured above is Theodore Roosevett Ftepublban Club Executive
Leader George Yochmann; Linda Mangano, Editor of the Bethpage
Tribune and Assemblyman Phil Healy as he presented Linda with a
citation from New York State commending her and her efforts in
publishing the Bethpage Tribune. The citation went on to say that
the Tribune is an extremely Important part of the Bethpage community
and that the entire staff has dedicated the newspaper to serving the
community and its residents.

The Bethpage Baseball Association's 12 year old Major League team
recently participated in the John Parham Tournament hosted by the
East Meadow Little League. Competing against 16 teams throughout
Long Island, Bethpage captured the Championship. Strong pitching,
clutch hitting and flawless fielding not to mention the strong desire
and seemingly never ending practices is what led the team to victory.
Congratulations to all the boys who participated.
