The Bethpage Chamber of Commerce's
"Light Up Bethpage" Holiday
Decorations program is underway and
the Chamber is counting on the
support of ail Bethpage residents and
merchants in helping them to reach
their goal of $8000. So far, in just three
days, through your generous contributions,
the Chamber has added $475
to the $4000 the Chamber has already
donated to the Holiday Lighting
Fund. Your enthusiasm is truly
appreciated by the Chamber and they
hope that they can count on your
continued support. It is the goal of
the Bethpage Chamber of Commerce
to have those lights create a warm and
festive atmosphere throughout the
holiday season.
All those individuals and businesses
who contribute to the "Light Up
Bethpage" fund will be mentioned in

Chamber's worthwhile project.
Above you will find the official
^''Holiday Bulb of Bethpage. "So far
the bulb is half way lit (you can see
we are optimists around here . . . we
could have said half unlit) and as the
donations come in we will chart the
progress of this little bulb in the
Tribune.
We hope that the official "Holiday
Bulb" will be shining brightly in no
time at all. So pitch in Bethpage!
Remember that if each of you gave
just one dollar we will have us fully
lit by Thanksgiving... and that would
truly be something to be thankful for.

information.)
