Town Renews Agreement to Use
Borella Athletic
Oyster Bay Town Supervisor
Angeio A. Delligatti today announced
that the Town Board has authorized
a six-month renewal of an agreement
with the Bethpage School District lor
the use of the Borella Farms Athletic
Fields.
According to the Supervisor, the
agreement, which runs from January
1 through June 30, 1990, will permit
the Town to continue to maintain and
manage the three playing fields, which
are located on school district property,
"This renewal will assure the Bethpage
PAL, Little League and Soccer
Club playing fields for the coming
season," said Supervisor Delligatti.

Old Bethpage Village Restoration
is operated by the Museum Services
Division of the Nassau County
Department of Recreation and Parks.
It is located on Round Swamp Road
in Old Bethpage, one mile south of
the Long Island Expressway, exit 48.
The Village is open six days a week
from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. and is closed
on Mondays. Admission to the historical
village ends one hour prior to
closing. A cafeteria, gift shop and
picnic area are located on the premises.
Admission to the Village is
$4.00, $3.00 for Nassau residents and
$2 for children, ages 5-17 and Senior
Citisr.ens age 60 and over. Parking is
free.

A group of merchants m our community of Bethpage have come
together to form The Merchants Association of Bethpage, Inc. We
are asking all merchants to come and join us. Our first meeting will
be held at Bethpage Library Meeting Room at 7:30 pm on Tuesday.
