Midget Football — 1981 Kickoff
Bethpage Midget Football started their season
on Sunday, September 13, with a parade up
Stewart Avenue to the tune of music from the
Bethpage High School Band and the cheers of
many proud moms and dads as well as friends
and assorted relatives.
Following the parade, the first games of the
season got underway at the High School field on \[ *
Cherry Avenue.
Guest of honor for the parade and games was
Assemblyman Lewis Yevoli.
The banner held by Joe Renneisen and Don Perrone leads the
cubs division in the kick-off parade. John Coumatos, coach,
keeps everyone in line.
