Hewlett in Injonction Declares Improvements Not Necessary
Two issueft of Nassau County bonds BKRreeating $566,060 were held up Friday morning by injunction proceed¬ ings instituted by Lawyer Alfred T. Davjson on behalf of George M. Hew¬ lett, a wealthy property owner of Nas- jau Coanty and one hundred taxpayers.
The sale of the bonds was to bave taken place at noon, but an earlier in¬ junction served upon Comptroller John Lyon, County Treasurer, Daniel J. Hegeman and the Board of Supervis¬ ors, restrained them from proceeding with the sale.

The sale of the bonds was to bave taken place at noon, but an earlier in¬ junction served upon Comptroller John Lyon, County Treasurer, Daniel J.
