Two large fire places are an attractive improvement. The whole building is to be stained brown with dark green trimmings of Wedgwick green. The builder is Ed¬ ward Smith and the Painter is Wesley Miller.

OBITUARY
The Fire Company made great strides at it's meeting Monday night. A committee consisting of Foreman Hack. Trustee Jung and Secretary Horn, was appointed to arrange for the purchase of a two cylinder Kenewha chemical engine. Martin Schneider was elected second assistant foreman. One new member was proposed. An entertainmentcommittee was appointed and csnsiderable cash was collected. Reports by the Foreman, the com¬ mittee on engine, was well received. The company will succeed, there is no doubt of it.

Report reaches us that Elbert W. Valentine while working on the road¬ way atBellmore Ave. and the R. R. A committee consisting of Foreman Hack. Trustee Jung and Secretary Horn, was appointed to arrange for the purchase of a two cylinder Kenewha chemical engine. Martin Schneider was elected second assistant foreman. One new member was proposed. An entertainmentcommittee was appointed and csnsiderable cash was collected.
