Mr. Baitinger, a resident of this place, had an interesting time on the way to the inauguration ceremonies in Washington last week. He was stalled in Baltimore, and being unable to find accommocation. had to sleep all night in a surrey, for which he paid two dol'ars. This sounds rather suspicious but being a man of reputable character and knowing how the blizzard upset all arrangements, we trust to his veracij:y in the matter.
