Letter From The Editor
Plagiarism: Not our style
I would like to take this opportunity to address the readers of the^ Rambler on an issue of
great concern to me. In our last issue, it was brought to my attention'that several works that
were submitted and placed in the Rampage section were indeed the works of another author.
This causes me great discomfort because it is not the style of this newspaper. The person
that copied these works is no longer with the Rambler and I intend to keep it that way as long
as I am the Editor. I will not reveal the name of the deceitful writer and will continue to do so
because I feel that him knowing that he was discovered will bring him shame enough. I do not
condone any form of plagiarism and I do not intend to at any time in the near future. The
integrity of this paper is held together by the honesty of our writers and the facts and issues
that they report. We are here for a reason, that is to report the news to the students.
Plagiarism is not our style.
