SOLUTION TO THE PARKING PROBLEM
If you are a commuter, you
probably have run into some
of the following hassles;
tickets for a) parking in a
disabled students space, b)
parking in a staff lot, c) park-ing
on the grass, d) parking
in a tow away zone. If not
these, probably something
happened like being late for
class because you could not
find a parking space.
Well, we have a solution:
"Car Pooling". Now just
hear me out before you stop
reading! There are only 3,043
parking spaces and about 5,-
000 commuters, so figure if
you ride with a couple of
other people each day that
will equal a few more open
spaces. How do you go about
it? If you drive with at least
three people in your earthen
you can park in lot 9. which is
opposite the administration
building. Last year that was
designated as the car pooling
lot and will be again this
year. Last year it didn't
really work but this year,
with your help, we can make
it work.
The last thing for you to do
is to fill out the following
survey so we can help make
it easier for you. You can
drop it off in the RAMBLER
Correspondence Box located
in the Activities Office. If
you have any questions you
can leave a message for me at
the S . G . A . Office or RAM-BLER
and I will get back to
