On December 3 the Bethpage Chamber of Commerce hosted their Annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony and $s usual the commun^*"~/-F^ethpage came out in
numbers to usher in the holidays as only Bethpage could. The evening began with a welcome from Chamber President Gary Bretton . gan the evening by
thanking the community for their continuos support. The huge crowd then heard Inspirational words as well as good wishes from Rabbi Gordon of the Bethpage
Jewish Center, Pastor Sal Bennardo of Assembly of God Church and Father Jim Szobonya of St. Martin of Tours Church. Each spoke of how the community of
Bethpage should take great pride in the fact that as a community we come together to wish each other health and happiness during this very special time of year.
The hundreds of spectators were treated to the wonderful voice of Cantor Mordechai Dier and Anthony Nastasi of Assembly of God Church. The Chamber was
thrilled to have many Town Board members including Joe Muscarella, Rose Walker, Anthony Macagnione and Supervisor John Venditto join with them for this
annual Bethpage tradition. Supervisor Venditto congratulated the entire community lor hosting this event and extended heartfcltholiday greetings to
