TRADITION CONTINUES

These 2 young ladies from Bethpage High School, Danielle
Ciampoli and Julie Zafiropoulos sang the National Anthem and it was
great.

The weather was downright
summer like .at this year's Bretton
Bowl 2000. This football game, which
has become a true Bethpage
tradition, raises money for those less
fortunate right here in our
community. So many people year
after year have had their lives
changed due to this game and the
dedication of game founder Gary
Bretton. This year the Brettons
bombers defeated GBI Capital with a
score of 39 to 7, but the winners of
this game truly are those less
fortunate who for so many reasons
are in need. To date well over
$30,000 has been collected and
money is still rolling in.
What a wonderful event! What
better way to really feel and
understand the meaning of this
