The Bethpage Community has a long history of wonderful, caring people working together publicly and privately for the
betterment of all and Norma Farrar was one of them. Norma was a resident of Bethpage for over 40 years, a teacher as well as the
creator and former owner of Norma's School of Dance on Broadway. She was named by the Nassau County Legislature
Posthumously on March 15, 1999 "A trail Blazer to the New Millennium" in honor of Women's History Month. She passed away
